Eatonton, GA:  Therapy Partner Solutions ^TM (TPS), a family of therapy-centric companies providing solutions across the full continuum of care settings, today announced the acquisition of two outpatient physical therapy clinics by its partner, Evans Rehabilitation & Wellness.  The acquisitions include Rehabilitation & Performance Center in Eatonton, Georgia and the Advance Rehabilitation location in Greensboro, Georgia.  Initially independent outpatient physical therapy organizations, the two acquired clinics will now operate under a new brand name:  Lake Oconee Rehabilitation Physical Therapy.

The Eatonton location was founded by Brian Prell, PT, MS, RRT in 2009.  Over the course of the last 11-years, Brian grew his clinic into one of the most well-known private practice physical therapy clinics in The Lakes region.  “I founded my practice based on a relentless dedication to clinical excellence and a close connection to the local community.  I wanted to expand our footprint while maintaining this model.  In Evans Rehabilitation & Wellness, I found a partner who shared similar objectives and who is dedicated to supporting our operational and financial excellence.”  Brian will continue to direct his team and serve patients out of the Eatonton location.

The Greensboro location was originally established in 2006.  Over the course of the last 14-years it has become a valuable contributor to the health and wellness of the local community.   Jason Lott stated, “We’re excited about the opportunity to align ourselves with a facility in Greensboro.  This location has a deep history in the local area, and we look forward to supporting the expansion of their service offerings to the local community.”

Evans Rehabilitation & Wellness, a member of the Therapy Partner Solution family of companies, will serve as the Operating and Managing Partner of Lake Oconee Rehabilitation Physical Therapy.  “I established Evans Rehabilitation & Wellness because I wanted to provide value to members of my local community.  I’m excited for the opportunity to play a role in supporting the health and wellness objectives of the those in the Eatonton and Greensboro communities through the Lake Oconee Rehabilitation Physical Therapy brand,” said Jason.
